The CRISOL (crucible) project was born in 2019 thanks to the support of the Italian Ministry of Culture with the aim of interweaving experiences between choreographers, dancers, musicians and artists - Italian and from different countries all over the world. The project has been developed in different phases and with the support of many international partners (from Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Lebanon, Bulgaria, Armenia, India, China, Macao, Singapore, Korea) as a path of meeting, research, artistic accompaniment and creation for young and emerging Italian and foreign authors.

The Asian path took a new form in 2022 thanks to the recovered possibility of international mobility. The 2022 process gathers performing arts artists from East Asia and Italy: Roberta Racis (IT), Fabio Novembrini (IT), Jereh Leung (SG), Albert Garcia (MO), January Low (MY), guided by international well-known artist Daniel Kok (SG). The group spent 11 days in Singapore in March 2022 and 3 weeks in Italy in September 2022 visiting 4 different festivals.
